Comprehensive guide to the GoHavi Growth OS, including the Operations Console, CRM, and Analytics features.

1. The Operations Console (Command Center)

The Operations Console is the heartbeat of your daily workflow. Designed for the "Front Desk" or "Sales Agent" role, it consolidates all incoming activity into a single, real-time view.

Key Features

  • Command Center: A real-time table view of all active inquiries and customers, sorted by the most recent interaction.
  • Live Feed: A dedicated right-hand panel that streams events as they happen (New Inbound Message, QR Scan, Appointment Booked).
  • Global Actions: The "New Entry" button allows you to quickly add Inquiries, Contacts, or Appointments from anywhere in the dashboard.

The Action Drawer

Clicking on any row in the console opens a slide-over panel. This allows you to chat, take notes, or view history without leaving the main screen.

2. Leads & Pipeline Management

GoHavi tracks the lifecycle of every business opportunity through a structured pipeline.

Pipeline Stages

  • NEW: Fresh incoming leads not yet handled.
  • VISIT: Lead has scheduled a site visit or meeting.
  • NEGOTIATION: Commercial terms are being discussed.
  • WON / LOST: Final deal outcome.

Rich Data Tracking

  • Intent Tracking: Captures specific interest (e.g., "3BHK Apartment", "Root Canal").
  • Attribution: Automatically tracks the lead source (Facebook Ad, QR Code, Manual).

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Manage your physical or virtual schedule directly within the platform. The system prevents double-booking and handles staff assignments.

Staff Assignment: You can assign specific staff members to appointments. This ensures clarity on who is responsible for the site visit or call.

4. Contacts Directory

The master database of all individuals. It aggregates Leads, Appointments, and Conversations under a single unified profile.

Safe Deletion (Soft Delete)

To prevent operational errors, GoHavi enforces strict deletion rules:

  • Contacts are hidden from the dashboard but remain in the database for audit purposes.
  • Complete deletion is blocked if the contact has active future meetings.
  • Deleting a contact automatically updates related active leads to "LOST".
