1. CRM & Lead Management
How to handle inbound inquiries effectively.
The "Action Drawer"
Clicking any lead in the table opens the Action Drawer. This is where you work.
- Chat Tab: View full WhatsApp history. Click "Take Over" to pause the AI and type manually.
- Notes Tab: Add internal remarks (e.g., "Client budget is 50L, wants ready-to-move").
- Edit Details: Update the lead's Name, Email, or Intent (e.g., change from "General" to "High Priority").
Pro Tip: Use the Status Dropdown to move leads
through the pipeline (New -> Contacted -> Visited -> Won).
2. Marketing Broadcasts
Send bulk messages to re-engage your audience.
- Go to Campaigns > Create New.
- Select Audience: Filter by Tag (e.g., "Site Visit Done") or upload a CSV.
- Choose Template: Select a pre-approved Meta template (e.g., "Festival Offer").
- Schedule: Send immediately or schedule for a specific time.
Note on Limits: Ensure your daily messaging tier (1k/10k/100k)
allows for the campaign size.

Booking a Slot
Click the "+ New Appointment" button in the top right. Select:
- Lead: Search by name/number.
- Type: "Site Visit", "Consultation", or "Call".
- Assigned Staff: Who will handle this?
Rescheduling
Drag and drop appointments in the calendar view, or click an event to edit its time. The customer receives an automated WhatsApp update.
4. Team Collaboration
Work together without stepping on toes.
- Assignment: Assign specific chats to specific agents. The chat will move to their "My Chats" view.
- Mentions: (Coming Soon) Tag a colleague in an internal note to notify them.
- Audit Log: Admins can see who deleted a lead or exported data.
